"Heart of the Path"

My final project at Ringling College

In life's journey, we frequently face formidable challenges and obstacles that appear impossible to overcome, placing us in overwhelming situations. However, my thesis showcases a transformative shift in perspective: from perceiving these obstacles as enemies or negative aspects of life to recognizing them as essential stepping stones on the path to personal and professional growth.

"Embracing adversity transforms obstacles into opportunities for growth and success."

Through insightful exploration and practical examples, it demonstrates the power individuals wield when they embrace adversity and change their perspective rather than seeing it as a limitation to their progress.

Early Style Explorations

For this project, I set out to explore a stylized 3D aesthetic by combining traditional CG techniques with a toon-shaded visual language. The goal was to break away from photorealism and embrace a more illustrative, graphic style.

Storyboard

Like in every project, some ideas evolved during the process, whether to save time or refine the story, but always with the goal of improving the overall narrative and final result.
